This project involves the ongoing refurbishment and reorientation of Allity Nursing Homes across 4 sites. The projects are staged to limit disruption to residents.
Goodeside’s scope of works
- Location and connection to existing water and drain points
- Concrete cutting and reinstatement
- In-ground drainage
- Hot and cold water reticulation
- Thermostatic mixing valves and commissioning
- Installation of sanitary fixtures and tapware (Aged Care spc)
- Testing and commissioning
